I spent my time in my holiday by doing some sports because it could make my body slim. Then, I went to the Gym to do some activities there. Such as, weight training and aerobics. I had it with an instructor. One day, the instructor called me that she would not come to train me, but she asked me to come there, because there’s would be someone to replace her. Actually I felt doubt to go there, because I hadn’t known much about how to use some equipment and because I was still beginner. Because I really intended to have the exercise, so I just encouraged myself to go there. I’m never taught that I would get a really embarrassing experience.
I came earlier to avoid many people there, because I didn’t want to feel shy if they knew that I was still beginner, but apparently I really got it. When I arrived I was so happy because there’s no one there, so I tried to set the display of the treadmill. When I was doing it, suddenly someone came to me and said that it was still unplug so he plug it to help me. Apparently I had set it before, so it’s directly worked when I was still on it and automatically I fell down. At the same time the instructor came and saw the incident, it was such an embarrassing experience for me.
